Following a refund for the part payment of the new website the accountants have authorised funds for the full refunds of memberships taken in the last 28days.

NOTICE: CEASE OF TRADING

Notice informing of cease of trading.

 

Dear Valued Sellers,

 

It is with great regret that Tuggle Company Ltd registered company number: 6086889 as of 24^th June 2008 will Cease trading entirely.

 

Due to increasing company debts and low income Tuggle Company limited regrettably is unable to continue trading in any form. The company can no longer be funded by directors personal funds and as such has no option but to cease and desist from trading with immediate effect.

 

All outstanding order payments to sellers will be honoured as company creditors and issued within 14 days of this notice. If you believe that you are owed payment from completed and delivered orders to a customer please email salesdesk@tuggle.co.uk stating the order date, amount and date delivered. Please also include your option of payment, either PayPal or bank transfer. When requesting please include the necessary details for example your PayPal email address or your sort code, account name and account number. 

 

Regrettably and with sincere apologies no refunds of any nature either in part or full can be issued for memberships or sponsorships.

We had many great hopes for Tuggle Company Ltd and were also incredibly proud of working with everyone involved. It is so unfortunate and with great sadness that the company is no longer financially in a position to continue.

Home Page Change & Newsletter Distribution.

On friday the home page & newsletter theme will be gorgeous summer knits.

Felicity Anne is offering two for one on all blankets and this will be promoted, if any other sellers with relevant items would like to promote them in a similar way please email the sales desk and we will be happy to help promote this.

Newsletter items will be selected by the search terms, hand knitted, knits, knitted, knitted patchwork, summer knits.

12 Months Free for all Tugglers.

Dear All.

Following recent updates regarding both the new site that is well underway in development and also the server transfer I would like to inform you of the following.

As both a good gesture and simple excitement for the new site that will be launching later this year we would like to offer all current Tugglers 12 months free from the date that the new site launches.

This is also to say a huge thank you for helping Tuggle to grow into what it is and to also thank you for bearing with us whilst we have been working on improving the site.

Nearer the time of the launch you will be sent an email with your invitation for the offer and if you would like to accept all will need to do is log on.

We do hope that you ALL enjoy the new site and hope that the extra 12 months will beneficial for you all.

General Update

Dear All,

The move to the new server is now complete and I would sincerly like to thank you all for your patience.

Although it did take a lot longer than expected it was relatively error free. If anyone has discovered any errors then please do let us know.

Personally I am really pleased with the speed now it is working about 3 times faster than this time last month.

We have also begun re-organising the categories to have thumbnail icons, three sections are complete and the rest are being worked on as I type. This will also help with the loading speeds and we have also had a slight increase in our sales conversions for the improved sections. We are aiming to have the whole site re-organised by Monday 26th May.

As the transfer to the new server is now complete we will be resuming our newsletter campaign. The next newsletter will go out Tuesday 20th May and every week after.

The home page will also be changing be weekly.

Another development is that we will be adding a links page. The links will be reciprocal so if you would like to add your link then you will need to add the Tuggle link to your own links page. Again if you email Tuggle with your link and a small blurb we will respond with the same.

New Tuggle Server

Tuggle will be moving to a brand new larger server this week, in an effort to help increase the speed of the site.

We also have a team of coders working on code adjustments to help increase the speed all week.

There may be a very brief period on Tuesday where the site goes down to be moved over.
