Following a refund for the part payment of the new website the accountants have authorised funds for the full refunds of memberships taken in the last 28days.

NOTICE: CEASE OF TRADING

Notice informing of cease of trading.

 

Dear Valued Sellers,

 

It is with great regret that Tuggle Company Ltd registered company number: 6086889 as of 24^th June 2008 will Cease trading entirely.

 

Due to increasing company debts and low income Tuggle Company limited regrettably is unable to continue trading in any form. The company can no longer be funded by directors personal funds and as such has no option but to cease and desist from trading with immediate effect.

 

All outstanding order payments to sellers will be honoured as company creditors and issued within 14 days of this notice. If you believe that you are owed payment from completed and delivered orders to a customer please email salesdesk@tuggle.co.uk stating the order date, amount and date delivered. Please also include your option of payment, either PayPal or bank transfer. When requesting please include the necessary details for example your PayPal email address or your sort code, account name and account number. 

 

Regrettably and with sincere apologies no refunds of any nature either in part or full can be issued for memberships or sponsorships.

We had many great hopes for Tuggle Company Ltd and were also incredibly proud of working with everyone involved. It is so unfortunate and with great sadness that the company is no longer financially in a position to continue.

Monday 31st April 20008 – Image errors with sellers Admin

Thank you to gillian & Alison for making us aware of a new problem with the images not displaying for new items added over the weekend.

This error will be fixed today and can we please ask for your patience and that no new items are added until 5pm later today (31.03.2008)

Tuggle Seller Interviews – Promote your shop

We are composing a new section of the site designed at promoting your goods and the person behind them!

If you would like to feature all you need to do is copy and paste these questions, fill them out and email the answers back.

Please supply photos if you can, of you, your craft, you working, your family etc. Whatever you think will make the feature more interesting.

This feature will have a link from the home page.

All completed interviews will be showcased.

• 50 Cute Items, 50 newest items, 50 sale items.

These are all fab ideas and have been added to the drawing board – More, More, More!

The Most Excting Update so Far…

Well I am very pleased to announce that we have begun discussions for developing a completely NEW Tuggle Site.

Dont panic the existing one will remain in place!

The NEW site is being built around a brand new program that is very exciting.

The NEW site will launch in celebration of our 2nd Birthday later in the year and we would love to hear all your ideas for what YOU would like to on the site.

We will take ALL ideas on board and keep you updated with what has been decided.

The sellers admin areas will all be replaced with the new program that means you will manage your sections within the main Tuggle site online.

You will be able to simply create your own drop down menus and a good suggestion from Charming Gems was to introduce a “Sell Similar Button”.

So lets hear your ideas!

The browse by seller category is being updated and will be displayed by thumbnails 100px X 100px.

If you would like a logo displaying please email a square image to salesdesk@tuggle.co.uk.

Where images are not sent we will use a product image.

There is no deadline and images can be submitted / changed at any time.

Products chosen will be selected on the image quality, There will also be a maximum price of £25.00 PER ITEM.

Next Home Page Change – Tuesday 29th January.

The main feature for this change will be focusing on tiny treasure gift pack prints for valentines and the subsquent products will be valentines based, A representation for the sub-categories.

I would like to ask that everyone updates their ‘Delivery’ section if necessary. (found in your content manager) to accomodate valentines customers.
