Help I Lost My Product From My Admin!?

This is a very FAQ question and something well worth mentioning on here.

When you have added a new item and it is showing on the site but it is not in your admin then please follow these steps.

• In your admin area click ‘Catalog’ on the top left hand side.
• The screen will change and you will see in the very top right hand section of the screen is a search box.
• In this search box type the title (or part of the title) of the missing item and click return on yoru keyboard.
• The page will change and you will now see a page of results of items that match your title.
• Click on your item and click edit.
• You will now be taken through to the original listing page.
• In the first box titles ‘Categories’ you must go back in and highlight your seller name. Remember to hold down control or you will loose your previously selected categories, Or the apple key if you are a mac user.
• Click save and the item will be returned to your admin folder.

This really shows the importance of highlighting your seller name when adding a new item.

Creating line & paragraph breaks in your descrption text

This is a description on how to create line breaks and paragraph breaks within your product descriptions.

It is really very simple and requires only a very basic knowledge of HTML.

For line breaks, you would write the following. (the HTML is in bold to make it easier to follow).

“This item is a gorgeous design…
<br>
Made from vintage fabric.
<br>
Measuring 15cm by 15 cm”

For Paragraph breaks…

“This item is a gorgeous design…
<p>
Made from vintage fabric.
<p>
Measuring 15cm by 15 cm”

To make words appear in bold…
